Do you accept refunds or returns?

Yes — but all refunds and returns must be approved by the seller before anything is sent back.
Please email us to start the process and include:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

What can be returned?

Items may be eligible for return if:

• They are in new, unused, unwashed condition

• All original tags/packaging are included (if applicable)

❗ Custom or personalized items may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, we’ll send you an email update.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
