Before recording your full episode, a 10 minute pre-interview will be completed to ensure everything is prepared and you feel confident moving forward.
(All appointments and recordings are scheduled in Eastern Time.)
🎥 What to Expect During the Main Recording
Your interview will be professionally recorded in audio and video format. Our conversation style is relaxed, supportive, and guided — not rushed or formal. You are welcome to pause, regroup, or take a breath anytime.
During the recording, we will:
- Walk through your story at your pace
- Highlight meaningful experiences, lessons, or memories
- Honor the emotional and personal nature of your journey
- Capture the message you want others to hear
Your comfort, dignity, and emotional safety matter just as much as the content.
